Shortly after, a severe drop to 100KB/s (very active torrents, 3 running). Average now is between 100KB/s and 1MB/s. Sitting at 150KB/s right now on a reasonably active torrent (10 seeds, 50 leechers).
Setup Time: 48 Hours
Support (On a scale of 1-5): Is 0 an option? 1 I suppose. It took me 4 emails to get an answer on getting set up. I sent 3 emails so far about speeds being crap at times to an absurd point. Not once did I get a response. I gave up and canceled the subscription so I'll abuse it until the end of the month.
Overall (On a scale of 1-5): 2. Speeds can be great at times (as I've shown above), but can also suck to an severe degree. Support is crap (just an email, no forums, irc or anything). Seems they need some work before I'd move back to them as a permanent solution.
